I was happy with the overall result. But I didn't like the tool they used to remove the old shellac. It hurt my fingers a lot so I asked to please use a different tip. Then it hurt less.

The only issue I have is the staff changing over with no discussion. I’m ok with the treatment being late, but please communicate what’s going on. Saying that, nails are awesome this time.
