If there was an option to leave no stars I would have done that. I turned up for my appointment and she told me she didn’t have it as she doesn’t work with treatwell anymore. Having paid for parking, left work early I was beyond annoyed. It didn’t help being spoken to in a really rude manner. She told me I should have rang to make an appointment. I will not ever make any kind of appointment there again.

Booked wash cut and blow dry for my mother as she was going to a wedding the following day. I'm 38 weeks pregnant travelled all the way down to the salon with her only to be told that the salon does not work with treatwell anymore so there was no appointment. I had prepaid for the service by card. The woman, which I think was the owner was so rude from the minute we walked in the door. She said she didnt get any confirmation from treatwell about my appointment. I cannot rate cleanliness as didnt
