The haircut itself was good; the only issue was that when I arrived they sat me down and had my hair cut by someone I hadn’t chosen. They thought I’d booked just a haircut, but it was also for a beard trim. After I explained, they did the beard too. Then, at payment time, I pointed out that I’d already paid via the app, and they had to check several times because earlier they hadn’t verified who I was, what I’d booked, or whether I’d already paid
