I got robbed by the cashier! I booked an appointment online for a €15 haircut, and once I had the haircut completed, I handed a €20 note, expecting a €5 change, which I generally give as a tip directly to the barber who took care of me. He then said to me that the haircut is €20 instead. I need to specify that it was just a haircut, no additional service as selected online, and it is not the first time I get a haircut there, the last time was just two weeks prior to that day.
