Arrived at 10.45 for 11am haircut... waited until 11.15am but people jumped the queue to be seen before me so I went to somewhere else for a haircut. Don't have a booking system if you don't use it and make sure you take those waiting in the correct order! From an annoyed customer!

Really positive experience overall, I just wish they accepted payments by card in person (I'd rather not use ATMs and handle cash in a pandemic).
