The place is nice and clean, but the customer service was terrible. We booked the last timeslot of the day for a simple pedicure, and because they were closing at 17:30 they kicked us out of the shop without having fully dried our nailpolish! They asked us to leave in our flipflops. When we asked for more drying, they just said “no this is the end of my shift”. This is clearly not ok, if they are not able to manage to finish the pedicure on time, then don’t put that timeslot on treatwell!
