The reason I rated it low as I was shocked to discover one of overlay biab fully peeled off on Thursday the day I travelled and I have few started to peel off. I was very upset to show up to a wedding with a missing nail polish in Italy. I’ve used your service with no issues at all. I’m on way back today.

Nail tech was lovely but shape not great,no work done on cuticles and took over 2 hours. Would recommend not doing junior technician again.

The salon is lovely but my nails were not great, they were messy and sticky when leaving the salon.
