The massage was okay. The receptionists are rude. I was also called two hours prior and they changed my appointment which I made online - they didn't thank me for coming an hour earlier and when I arrived it was a frosty reception! The massage was good not great.

Great and professional experience. However, I was not informed in advance that my chosen therapist was not going to be doing my nails and i should have been notified and given other options of times with her or other therapists instead of not informing me at all because what is the point of choosing a therapist if she wasn’t there.
