Disappointing and long experience. Booked in to get the biab refill and the process took 1h 50m which was very long. I had to repeatedly ask the lady to give me the shape and length I wanted. I was not given biab product and instead was offered a fiber base, which I asked to change - twice. In the end I got a rubber hard base, which is still not biab. The gel was applied badly and the progress was just painfully long. I understand that the nail tech I had was a trainee but expect better.
