I had a manicure and shellac french polish on 1st of august, unfortunately five days later the tips had come off seven of my ten fingers and my cuticles looked very ragged. I notified the salon of on 6th of august and they offered to repaint my nails on 7th of august.
On this occasion, Julia painted my nails, she did an excellent job, by professional, she had to remove the previous polish and redo my cuticles I’m very happy with my nails.
No apology was offered but there was no charge either.

I went in to remove my extensions and I was afraid my nails would be damaged afterwards but they were very careful doing so and my nails look great.
