Within a day of getting the mani-pedi my cuticles on hands/feet were cracked and peeling, pedi was not the colour selected and chipped off within 2 days (usually last at least 1-2 weeks). The use of the electric nail file for every aspect of the cuticle removal and exfoliation left painful red marks for a week after appt. After removing the shellac at a different salon it was noted that my once healthy nails had been overworked leaving me with damaged nails. Anna was lovely, but I won't return.
