The place is a little chaotic, rushed and understaffed. I have got my eyebrows done on a few occasions and sometimes it’s good and sometimes not. Preferences in terms of shape don’t seem to be understood, and there is no time left to fix as the lady has moved onto a new client. I was left with excess eyebrow dye and a streak of wax left on due to oversight of the girl taking off the eyebrow dye. More attention needs to be paid to clients rather than trying to see as many clients as possible.

The manicurist was lovely and very kind but I’m not very happy with the result. The finishing does not look very good and some nails look uneven :(
