I booked a 2hr spa pedicure & BIAB refill expecting relaxation—got pain, mess & stress. They tore my cuticles till they bled. While soaking my feet, a therapist sat at the side of the basin doing my nails, making me stretch my hands over while she held them mid-air. I had to balance a board on my lap to cure nails, with conflicting demands on my posture. Paid for 2hrs, got less than 50 mins, then overcharged €10. Not the pampering I paid for.
