I visited Neil with a sore calf from running. After the first treatment of acupuncture my calf felt better. Neil made a follow up appointment for a few days later where I had more acupuncture and massage. Before leaving I was shown exercises to help stop injuring my calf. That all happened roughly 3 weeks ago and I have to say my calf is feeling great. I didn't have to stop running and the exercises have really helped strengthen my legs. So overall I am extremely pleased with my treatment.

Couldn’t recommend Neil more. I was having awful back pain over an extended period and after just a few intense sessions I’m doing so much better. I’ve also found the acupuncture is great for runnning injuries, both preventative and treatment.
