My appointment was changed from Andrew St to Dame street with my permission, so my review is for there.
I was greeted with a smile by a very friendly member of staff and offered refreshments.
I was then taken for my treatment and was treated with respect and friendliness from start to finish.
Roberta was exceptional , I have had two knee replacements and not the most agile but Roberta was wonderful and I never felt I was a problem to her. She somehow managed to the job done to perfection.
