I love AL beauty and Luanna seemed lovely but it doesn’t feel like a luxury pedicure. The exfoliation with a scrub and massage is only at the end for 2 minutes. My big toenail was cut so deep it is sore and the cuticle cutting was painful too. I know the point is to clean the feet but I overall feel sore afterwards and would not book this service again. Disappointed but understand the goal is to get rid of dead skin i just felt I had to leave the feedback as it was not comfortable.

Kelly is a great professional and my nails are lasting a long time and still looking beautiful (BIAB). The place can improve the cleanness in the small canteen, but it is easy thing to fixing, not a big problem. All staff are welcome and friendly.
