Lashes were too short in length and have started to fall out only hours after application. The process took almost four hours. I will not be returning.

The venue is slightly hard to find, it's beside a print shop. I had to use google maps to locate it finally. Venue is clean but there are a lot of stairs. The laser operator was fine, but very soft spoken so I had to get some details repeated. The patch test went fine, no issues. I'm considering booking a full body session.
