Im really sad to write this review as the person who helped me book was amazing. While removing the Lashes my therapist was mostly on the phone going from texting, back to my eyes which I find really unhygienic . The most frustrating thing was that she was actively typing with one hand and working on me with the second, I am truly appalled to this. In result this has prolonged the appointment. I just find it so unprofessional and I was quite shocked with the whole experience.
