Kelly is the best manicure I've found in Ireland. I've been living here for 4 years and neither shellac nor Biab would stay on my nails. Within a week they'd start to come off. She's always been attentive and dedicated to making me comfortable and leaving me with beautiful nails. People always compliment my nails, and they've never come off again. 😊
