I love AL beauty and Luanna seemed lovely but it doesn’t feel like a luxury pedicure. The exfoliation with a scrub and massage is only at the end for 2 minutes. My big toenail was cut so deep it is sore and the cuticle cutting was painful too. I know the point is to clean the feet but I overall feel sore afterwards and would not book this service again. Disappointed but understand the goal is to get rid of dead skin i just felt I had to leave the feedback as it was not comfortable.
