Booked a blow dry for 25 euro. Was charged 40 euro. Absolute disgrace. Not worth 40 by any stretch. Will be complaining directly.

Really put time into telling me how to get my hair where i want it to be.. Will be going back to get the length I want but done healthily and that it will look great.. They have told me how to do this for such fine fragile hair
