This was my first time attending Alex Beauty Lounge and I couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. I loved the calming atmosphere and Monika was so lovely and talked me through each step. I felt very at ease and relaxed. As somebody with Autism, social anxiety and sensory issues this was most appreciated. I am delighted with my lash lift and brow treatments. I will definitely be back. Booked without a patch test and was texted asking to come in for a patch test and that we could swap the appointment to another day, came in and Alex was really accommodating to a latex allergy. On the day it felt like I was being pampered. Alex is so lovely and will definitely be going back
