I usually go to Aline who is a wonderful beautician. Unfortunately it was difficult to explain exactly what I wanted to Aluska and I didn’t get what I’d asked for. She was trying her best so it wouldn’t deter me from the clinic

I prepaid €40 for BIAB but received shellac (€25) without being told, which I didn’t appreciate as it felt like I was overcharged by €15. The nail prep was quite rough and caused my cuticles to bleed but she apologised which I respected. I also asked a few times to fix one uneven French tip but it wasn’t adjusted. This was disappointing due to poor communication.
