I am extremely upset with the studio. I have been there on 4th of may to have my nail done and I experienced a very bad customer service from the attendant Giseli, who seemed to be in a rush. I booked 3 weeks ago a service with 2 hours and 30 minutes to have a gel nail applied and that lady told me that it’s not enough for that kind of service. The result was very bad! No quality at all.
