It’s almost a year since I started visiting Anderson’s studio. Each session has built upon the last & my most recent visit was no exception, it left me feeling deeply relaxed and recharged! I came in with some upper shoulder discomfort, which Anderson skillfully addressed through targeted stretches and exercises.The deep tissue massage worked wonders, melting away the everyday stress and tension that had built up in time. Went for a massage for some shoulder and neck pain that I had for a while and Anderson worked a miracle. The pain was more or less gone by the end, he tailored the massage towards this injury with techniques he had learned. My shoulder felt much more free by the end as well as my neck. I would definitely recommend not only for the relaxing atmosphere and attention to detail but also if you have pain or injury.

More than his amazing talent on his craft, Anderson has been one of my safe spaces - an escape from reality. He makes you feel you're at home and comfortable in any way. You'll see and experience how passionate he is with what he's doing. Also, he loves to talk as much as I do which makes it perfect. I had the best Sports Massge that I have ever had with Anderson. From the warm welcome on arrival to his attention to detail and understanding for what I needed during the session, I loved every minute. His understanding of the body and techniques used put me at complete ease. The room is beautifully presented and so cosy. I could have stayed there all day. I am already booked in for my next session and I can't wait!
