I’m really happy with my nails. The technician was fast but shaped and painted them perfectly. Was my second time getting BIAB and she did a much nicer job than the other shop I went to - they’re very smooth and don’t feel too thick, but still strong

I am always delighted here, and I am still grateful for Elsa’s time, and attention to detail. However, it took two hours when it should have been one hour, one of my nails is already loose, and I have nail polish on my skin… I will come back because I love this place and 90% of the time I am delighted with the results, but unfortunately not this time…
