I'm giving 1 star but I wish I could give a minus. I have never felt so uncomfortable in an environment where someone had no clue how to apply make up. I booked this for my Christmas party make up to save me the hassle of having to do this myself. When I arrived I was greeted in a nice manner before being sat on single chair in the middle of a room. Products used aswell as brushes etc were well below par. I could tell immediately that these were not in any way a professional set nor had the brushes been cleaned prior to application and that the woman applying my make up clearly was no capable to do so. The foundation was applied first before eye make up!!!! it was not matched at all to skin colour. I wanted a brown smokey eye and got far from this, big rouge cheeks, i looked like Annabell ! The pencil that was used to fill in my brows was used as my eyeliner. I was so embarrassed at what was happening after prepaying €35 I left, ran home completely upset to reapply my own make up. After arriving at my Christmas party I found out a colleague of mine had the exact same experience two hours prior to my appointment in Aspen's and she had to leave due to utter embarrassment also and she demanded a refund. I genuinely cannot believe that this is being sold as a service for €35.

The shellac must be old as it came straight off in the shower that night. Staff were pleasant but I would not return based on the quality, ended up a total waste of money
