This is my overall experience of this salon. I have my hair washed and blow dried every week by Tammy who does a great job. I also have it cut and highlighted as required. Over the last 2 years since it was taken over there have been a number of over bookings which has delayed my appointment. This has resulted in me have to leave on occasion without my hair being done as I am under pressure to collect children from school. I explained to Anthony (who is the owner) my situation and he said he can rectify it by locking in my appointment. He did not make any apologies for the mix ups. My appointment was made for the following week at 11am. When I arrived into the salon at 11am Tammy was just finishing a client’s hair. There was another client waiting. I presumed she was waiting for Anthony. When the first client departed Tammy informed me that she was overbooked again and that the client who was waiting was to have her colour done before she could get to me. I was so shocked and upset that this situation had happened within a week I walked out. Tammy got in touch later in the day and I asked her to pass my sentiments on to Anthony that I think it’s appalling that overbooking to that extent is allowed to happen. I haven’t heard anything from Anthony. He obviously is not concerned about his clients. I will not be returning to this salon having been using it for 40 years.
