I booked as an emergency appointment after my lower back began seizing up trying to walk to a yoga class. Cancelled yoga and walked straight to Tan who was so gracious and welcoming and immediately understood what was happening in my body and over the session helped it to unwind and heal enough for me to get home. I’ll be coming back asap to continue to work on the root cause of my issues so that I’m never in that position again!! Highly recommend if you’re interested in truly healing your body
