Friendly staff, but it was my first lash lift, and I mentioned I only wanted my lashes brushed, not more curled. The technician didn’t explain the curl/mold options to align expectations, and my lashes ended up extremely over-curled. Another professional kindly fixed them, but unfortunately, they became weaker and started falling out afterward.
