Booked for 30 min hot stone massage. Arrived early in case I had to fill in new client forms etc. Staff member informed me she was dying of flu which is exactly what you want, go for a massage and come home with the flu. Room was made ready and when I undressed my therapist came back into the room briefly then excused herself again. By the time she came back 10 minutes of my appointment time had already elapsed. Her hands were freezing, no attempt made to warm them slightly before touching me! Even though she had stared my massage 10 mins late she still finished bang on time. Disappointing experience.
