I booked with Ursula. ( I hadn't been before but booked with her because she was a senior manicurist). When I arrived I wasn't given any reason why Ursula wasn't doing my nails, and tbh I didn't realise because I hadn't met her before. Her attention to detail was great BUT I felt the filling at the start was very rough and some of my cuticles were quite red and sore afterwards. I liked the end result but I felt there wasn't enough BIAB used, nails didn't feel strong. Definitely not worth €57!
