I’ve been doing shelac for over 14yrs so far the worst experience.
Asked me to pay extra for removal and then didn’t even remove the base court properly and started painting over it. If you are going to charge extra to remove might as well do it properly. I asked for a certain colour and the girl kept insisting I should go for another color. Overall my experience was terrible and will never go back.
