The pre test is mandatory and I was told it would take 5 min. However I was made to wait over 30 min just to be seen while there were professionals just chatting around. The procedure (Brazilian Blow Dry/ progressiva) itself was okay but the result after washing it at home was not as good as expected.

Cris is such an attentive professional. I've been getting my brows done with her quite regularly now and I can't get over how good they look even when it's about time to get them done again (I do it every 3 or 4 weeks). I highly recommend Cris for brows design and tint.
