I was happy with the finished product overall. However, I have some feedback for Belo on the hair washing sinks - I was at the sink for a really long time getting hair foils taken out and there was no cushion or even a towel on the basin. So I had quite a sore neck and back of the head for a couple days afterwards too. Would be an easy fix for them. I would say that it's not quite the upmarket salon prices you would expect for the very high pricing (255 for half head highlights, cut & dry).
