Simply lovely, I was a bit unsure about the hair cut chose, but Elaine with her professional view gave me a different point of view and made me go out of there very confident of myself! Definitely recommend.

The hair cut was okay. However blow dry was too hot. There was some communication gap. Also I felt it was too expensive for the service provided.
