Unfortunately the pedicure was not what I hand in mind at all. In terms of hygeine, there were no standards of cleanliness. The equipment used was not sanitised, cleaned or new. There were no tubs for rinsing the feet, the staff werent wearing any gloves and the service was not worth it. When we tried to negotiate they told us that its too late to back out which was ridiculous. In terms of hair, i paid extra for the private room. It was extremely dirty with hair on the seats! Not going back.
