Had to wait 45 minutes to get attended even tho I had an appointment booked. The staff was wearing masks, however seats brushes etc were not sanitized for new customers and social distance not always respected. I unfortunately had colour stains on my neck ears and forhead!! My hairdresser did a good job but attention to details would have made the experience even better considering the expensive total amount of the service provided on my hair.
