Unfortunately, due to COVID, I had a terrible experience at Belo Concept. The person who gave me a haircut didn't keep her mask over her nose and she kept "drying" her nose, as it was dripping, and then touching my hair. During the whole haircut, she kept talking to another customer about how she doesn't agree with Covid guidelines. They had served me a cup of coffee, and she was sneezing on top of it and kept asking me why I didn't want my coffee anymore. I was uncomfortable the whole time.
