I first came to Belo Concept last November looking for a Balayage that would be low maintenance and fit well with my natural hair. The result I received was absolutely stunning, perfect in every way and did not yellow or fade. Bella does an amazing job and puts so much into her work. I came back last week for a partial highlight to touch up my balayage, another amazing job done. The salon's atmosphere is also the best I've ever experienced, the whole team is so lovely, warm, and inviting.
