The most important thing was to see that Aline monitors all the processes, helps other hairdressers, this is great. I felt more confident seeing that she was there for everything!

I’ve been here before and really loved my hair. I thought my hair was cut and styled lovely this time but the only thing is that all the shampoo wasn’t washed out. My scalp was so itchy and the hair at the nape of my neck was really sticky and full of shampoo. I really don’t want to get anyone in trouble but I had to wash my hair again as soon as I got home or else I would have scratched my scalp till I hurt myself. Like everyone there is lovely but it’s just that one thing
