They really understood what I wanted which I had been struggling with here in Ireland with Irish hairdressers. She was also very kind and quick, took the time to check with me what I wanted and how things were going befoee finishing off. Also, the lady who washed my hair did such a good job; I usually hate it because they're so rough, it's the first time I could actually relax.
