The person giving me a haircut totally misunderstood me while being completely confident that she knew what I wanted emphasizing her big "experience". That was not as bad as her unprofessional behavior afterward, instead of quickly taking the blame for misunderstanding and offering a discount (as others would normally do in this situation) she completely mishandled the situation and started explaining herself making this even more awkward. Apparently she's not so experienced after all.
