I booked a specific time and was told I had to wait 10 mins after being punctual for my allocated appointment time. I eventually waited almost 30mins and was not given an apology. Then the barbers start speaking in Portuguese constantly to eachother as if they haven't worked together in a long time.

I like it if the hairdresser speaks to me or starts a nice conversion - but that was not the case. Instead the other guys talk so loud and the whole time in portugiese - that was very anoying.. I'm sure Joao was not really concentrated because of that... please no talking anymore...
