Can't say enough about João. He was friendly and extremely meticulous. This was my first time for a beard trim and he offered suggestions and listened carefully to my ideas. Very pleased with his work. The shop is under renovation but that didn't do anything to distract him or detract from my experience. I'll definitely revisit Black Beard and João.
