Her professionalism was evident throughout, and she was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful (I did a mistake in my hair and she never hesitated in helping me). I felt valued as a client, and her dedication to ensuring I was comfortable and satisfied truly stood out.

I have gone three shades blonder with Jana and this visit I didn’t even ask to see a sample first, this stylist knows her clients and pushes the limits but will not compromise their trust. I’m nearly platinum blonde and who knows, maybe pink some day - Jana will decide! 🩵
