Got my wax done here a couple times with Sheila, she’s a great waxer, super lovely and caring. Pays attention to every detail too. She made my experiences very pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

Just asked for simple layers on my hair and also showed a picture for reference. Definitely didn’t even get close to what I asked for and came out with my hair looking flatter than ever. Even the blowout in the end was extremely basic, not at all professional. Can’t believe I paid €70 for a basic trim.
If you’re a hairdresser, you should communicate clearly what is possible on someone’s hair and how it can turn out. Most staff doesn’t speak much English so communication is a big issue.
