I booked 2 haircuts (ladies for me and men's for my husband) at the same timeslot and while everything went smoothly with my service, sadly I can't say the same to my husband because not only his slot was "moved" to an hour later without our consent (I found out about this change onsite) but he was also not provided the full service e.g. having the hair washed after cutting, like previous times. We felt retaliated due to a fault on their booking system, which I was blamed to not used it "right".
