Staff very nice, communication a little difficult. I had got a recommendation from a friend re "curly" hair expertise in this Salon. But to be honest was left disappointed. I had thought we would have a discussion initially on my hair ( it's current condition and fall/look), what I was looking for and advise from an expert. But unfortunately I was brought straight to the washbasin! and only asked what length I wanted cut off! I wanted a good cut and open for new style. Lots of product used!
