Masseuse performing my treatment was 10 minutes late. I didn’t mind because I thought this would be added on in the end, it wasn’t. When I entered the room I checked the time and when it was over I checked again. She performed this massage for 30 mins while I paid for an hour, when I queried her about it she said oh the massage is usually for 50 mins then time to get ready/pack up, which is understandable. However I didn’t get massaged for 31 mins even, had no energy to fight. Won’t be returning
